Repeat Infringer Policy

FreeText2Speech has a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted works. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our service for users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

Fair Use Doctrine

We recognize the importance of the fair use doctrine under U.S. copyright law. Users may submit text for conversion that includes copyrighted material if such use constitutes fair use, including purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research.

International Users

While we comply with U.S. copyright law, we respect international copyright treaties and will respond to valid copyright claims from rights holders worldwide in accordance with applicable international agreements.
